These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Hustle and Fold services, including self serve laundry, wash and fold, dry cleaning, pickup and delivery, and commercial laundry services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

These terms are designed to ensure a fair, consistent, and reliable experience for all customers.

Service Use

Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or scheduling services. Any special care instructions must be clearly communicated at the time of drop off or booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may pose a risk to equipment, staff, or other customer items.

Garment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all garments before submitting them for service. This includes removing personal items from pockets and identifying any delicate or high value items.

While we take every precaution, Hustle and Fold is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or undisclosed issues with garments.

Loss or Damage

In the rare event of loss or damage, liability is limited to a reasonable compensation based on the current value of the item, not the replacement cost. Proof of value may be required.

We are not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond a reasonable period.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Commercial clients may operate under separate agreements with custom pricing and billing terms.

Pickup and Delivery


Customers using pickup and delivery services must ensure that items are securely prepared and accessible at the scheduled time. Hustle and Fold is not responsible for missed pickups due to inaccessible locations or incorrect information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to volume or external factors.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on service volume, garment type, and operational conditions. While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occur.

Unclaimed Items

Items not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or donation at our discretion. We are not liable for items left beyond this period.

Limitation of Liability

Hustle and Fold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
